Kristen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Founder/CEO of OnePoint Real Estate Group. Kristen has been in real estate for the past 6 years and since joining the industry she has sold, managed, and invested in over $60MM worth of real estate. OnePoint launched in January 2021, when Kristen saw an avenue to create a company that leverages her exclusive partnerships for both her clients and agents. While she brokers deals for her buyers, sellers, and investors - she also invests in real estate herself and knows what going through the buying and selling process is like from a personal standpoint. Client service is everything to her and clients know that when they have Kristen in their corner, they’re in great hands. Clients describe her as honest, transparent, hardworking, and trustworthy.
Kristen was born and raise in New Jersey and owns her co-op in Manhattan. She attended Quinnipiac University where she received her BA in Public Relations and Marketing. She absolutely loves the real estate industry, but when Kristen is not working, you can find her on the beach with her friends and family, skiing, hanging out with her wife or just enjoying the daily adventures life brings.

Previous to real estate, Charles brings 14+ years of business experience and client success from the Nielsen Company to tech-startups - where he specialized in product leadership, business development, market research and advertising technology in providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Charles attended Villanova University, earned a B.A. in Communications and is passionately involved in the Villanova Education, Mentor & Alumni Communities. He loves to represent fellow Wildcats and educate them on the power of buying early.
Charlie was born and raised in NJ, lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn for 10+ years, and now happily resides in Lavallette, NJ.
